First I want to say that I do not want to be criticized for the choice I made. Okay, so I pierced my rook with a sewing needle. Right now all that fits in the hole is a regular earring, and the jewelry I want to put in is an 18 gauge. So my question is, should I leave the regular earring in for a few days then try to put the other jewelry in? Is it even possible to stretch a rook piercing? Ok.. So my husband and i were walking through a mall and we found this BEAUTIFUL diamond ring that i loved at the time.. after a few days i hadn't even put it on.. i just looked at the sparkliness.. I really couldn't find a good excuse for wearing it since i'm such a tomboy and NOTHING in my closet look good with it.. cause i pretty much just wear baggy t-shirts and jeans..it seemed like a lot of money to spend on a ring that was gonna sit in my jewelry box.. so i went back to the store and tried to take it back-- and all they did was store credit.. I didnt want anything else- so i just decided to sell it. I put it on ebay and took like over $500 off it thinking obviously no one would buy it for full price.. But nobody is bidding on it or buying it AT ALL.. it doesn't even have any watchers after 5 days. Its a really gorgeous ring and i honestly completely stand by that- I mean- I have never willing bought any jewelry in my LIFE and i was compelled to buy it! its just NO ONE is taking an interest in it..
